Aha peelings are based on the application of specific solutions of exfoliants (trichloroacetic acid, glycolic acid, salicylic, mantellic, etc.) on the skin based on the situation, in order to remove its dead cells and to provide renewal of the epidermis.

AHA or alpha hydroxy or glycolic acid are peelings of superficial depth which are often used because they are characterized for their ease of implementation and the minimal recovery time.
